New Album Adrenalin out now, visit music non stop

December 2007 So it is the end of the year and for a relatively new group it has been a great year, thankyou everyone! We have a few shows in the pipeline for next year, and while the UK ones have been confirmed the international dates still have to be contracted.
We are happy to announce that we will be releasing an EP of Searchlight in the new year featuring prestigious remixes from the cream of the world's electronic talent, as well as our new album 'Signals' in Autumn of 2008.
In the meantime thankyou to every who has come to our shows, jammed with us, and partied with us, we know how you are, and we really appreciate it, you are the people we do this for, from Nitzer Ebb to the lad in Warsaw who bought the vodka for us when our Polish phrase book failed us, we would like to thank you all for your continued support.

November 2007 The remix kit for Searchlight can be found on the downloads page, have some time to spare as this is a large file. In addition underfire has been featured on Russian compilation another dark journey, dark electro and goth compilation cd, alongside such musical heavy weights as, Seabound and In Strict confidence. On a separate note we would like to thank everyone who came to see us at Whitby and we are glad to have had such a great time with you all, it is your support and enthusiasm that keeps us going.

October 2007 We finally have the remix kits for 'Searchlight' so if you fancy remixing us then drop us a line, if all goes to plan, and let's face it, these things rarely do, we should be releasing Searchlight as an EP sometime early 2008. In the meantime we will be working on other remixes and inviting all who are interested to have a go at remixing it, just contact us via the email address on the contact page.

September 2007 A fantastic end to the summer, Gothic Festival Poland IV was a blast! We would like to thank all involved, the promoters, and to send our regards to the other bands: Ego Likeness, Angelspit and Ayria, and wish them a safe onward journey, and recommend every one to give them a listen. Also we would like to say thanks to the guys who lent us keyboards, and of course the audience. We had a fantastic time, and can't wait to come back.

August 2007 More writing and more recording of course, in preparation for all our upcoming shows including of course "Gothic Festival Poland 4" As many of you will know on the 3rd we supported Nitzer Ebb at Sheffield, unfortuntely as those of you who came to see us noticed Sheffield "The Corporation" shedules it's headline acts to finish at 10:15 so the show started and ended much earlier than anticipated.
However we really enjoyed ourselves and would like to thank Gary the promoter and the sound team for all their help and hospitality. On the 18th we played at Devil's Toybox in Stoke, and loved it, even more so as our friend DJ Akasi (Chaos theory & Carnival of Souls) was the guest DJ on the night, and never fails to deliver a good DJ set.

July 2007 More writing and recording as ever, and the studio has had a complete re fit and upgrade, to enable us to start work on remixes for other groups, apologies to those whose remixes have been sitting on our shelves for the last 9 months. We will be uploading samples and sound sets and as well as hard to get operating systems etc for our equipment for all the keyboard enthusiasts out there, to the downloads section at the end of this month. Saturday July 28th saw us co-headlining at this year's Nekrofest with Sheep on drugs and Unternull

June 2007 A busy start, recording, auditions and gigs. We will be playing Sheffield on Friday 1st June, then Saturday in the studio and Sunday 3rd June playing Insomnia in Mansfield. We are not sure yet what time we will be on stage but there will be a live webcam where you can watch us, if you can’t get tickets. See here for details. Other news We have been booked to open for Nitzer Ebb in August, as well as being booked for Gothic Festival in Poland with Ayria, Angelspit, Ego likeness, Agonised by Love! More details to follow shortly.

May 2007 A great start to the month, Dark city, was brilliant, a very friendly atmosphere, and loads of great bands. We would like to give the organisers (especially Jonathan, Fliss and Emma) a special mention for the stirling work they did in putting the event together, and for their hospitality. The night itself saw us playing to a packed audience who only grew in numbers. Thankyou to everyone who came! May 20th saw us a playing to a very receptive audience in Newcastle, alongside Uberbyte and Novus. Many thanks to the promoter Kevin Morris and also soundman for all their hard work and hospitality.

In other news we will shortly be holding auditions for a new guitarist, if you know any one or would like to try out yourself then please drop us a line.

April 2007 The remix of Deviant UK's forthcoming single 'Access denied' is now complete, we don't know the release date for it yet, but it will be alongside remixes by Rotersand and Agonoize, and we wish them the best of luck with it. We have completed more interviews for forthcoming magazines, as well as working on more material in the studio. Although this is still very much work in progress, the confirmed tracks for the new album so far are:

Velocity
Life (reconfigured)
Burn
Going under
B-N-W
Overdrive (reconfigured)

We will start to air these at our upcoming shows, and on myspace, as soon as we can.

March 2007 What a month! Flattering reviews in 2 glossy magazines, with more on the way. It feels as though we are going from strength to strength. Even though we have currently been performing as a two piece, we still managed to impress crowds in Sheffield and at the infamous Carnival of Souls event in Derby alongside Asylum and Inkubus Sukkubus. Thankyou so much to all who attended! We would also like to thank Crimson aka Tony for the visuals. We have also recorded a new track called 'Velocity'

February 2007 The new website is now up and running, downloads will slowly be added. we have winamp skins, ringtones, wallpaper, and an mp3 available for you to enjoy. As soon as we can we will provide you with even more freebies.

January 2007 Cybercide have been officialy confirmed to play Dark City Festival Edinburgh 2007!!! In other news John has left the group, his reasons are his own and we accept that, we are grateful we got to work with him and wish him well. Work has started work on the new EP and will be showcasing new tracks, on the 12th in Leeds, snippets to appear here shortly.

December 2006 We are currently back in the studio working on the new album...even though 'Adrenalin' has only been out 6 weeks!
